Experience Lake Livingston and waterfront amenities at their best as you enjoy one of the most desired locations on the lake! Our home has an upper deck where you can beautiful sunrises and sunsets, enjoy outdoor eating, or just enjoy spending time with a beautiful lake view.

There is a brand new boathouse that has plenty of covered space as well as a beautiful sun deck!  Included is the boat lift (has a cradle that should fit most boats), a rope swing, jet ski dock, lights, and ceiling fans for those lazy days.  The owner assumes no liability for use of the lift or jet dock.

Enjoy the space as the property includes the adjacent lot - perfect for outdoor games as there is room to throw a ball, set up a volleyball net, or enjoy a friendly game of tag by the children.

The home has two separate living areas - one upstairs as well as one downstairs allowing everyone a chance to have their space.
There are three bedrooms as well as lots of sofas, so an extra can find a place to sleep too. 
Layout - Master bedroom upstairs as well as a bath, the kitchen, and two living areas.  Downstairs are two bedrooms, a bath and a living area with a new flat screen TV with cable and internet.

We love Pets but these must be approved in advance.  

Smoking is permitted outside only as this is a smoke-free home.

Home is ready for you with full linens, washer and dryer, dishes, pots, pans etc.  You just need to bring your food, drinks, and paper goods!

Gas BBQ and BBQ Pit allows a choice for the Grill Masters!

Public boat launch is located at the entrance to the subdivision.
Kitchen is furnished with pots & pans, dishes, utensils etc., dishwasher, new fridge and microwave.

There is a new Flat screen TV, Cable, and internet.

Outdoors there is a Gas Grill, BBQ pit, patio furniture on the upper deck and on the dock.

All bedding, bath towels, wash cloths, etc. are provided.  

VACANT LOT NEXT DOOR-You can set up volleyball, badmitten or other
outdoor fun activities.

SWIMMERS MUST BE SUPERVISED AS THERE ARE NO LIFE GUARDS ON DUTY.

LIMITED PARKING- No more than 4 vehicles allowed--excess must park
at boat ramp at entrance of subdivision. NO PARKING ON VACANT LOT.  This ruts  the property and ruins the playing field!

Cafe/convenience store only blocks away. GREAT FOOD.

Fishing, water skiing, tubing. Boat rentals available nearby.  Public ramp located at the entrance to the subdivision.
