All Rentals have a one time $100 Cleaning Fee

***Important:*** Pool heating during the summer months (June-
September) is available at $100 per day.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Check in time is after 1:00 p.m. and check out is anytime
before 11:00 a.m.. A $500 security deposit is required with all
rentals which is returned within 5 business days after rental.
Confirmation is given once deposit has been received. All payments
are through personal or cashiers checks.

Cancellations: Cancellation within 60 days of arrival will get
100% of reservation deposit. Cancellation within 45 days before
arrival will get 50% of deposit. Any cancellation within 30 days
before arrival will forfeit deposit unless another rental
contract is received and confirmed for same dates minus a $250
administrative fee.

Rental payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
