Vacation Rental Description

Luxury "Oceanfront"  home with your own private Infinity/Edgeless Pool.  Home was used to market 
Trump's newest Baja development.  See Trump baja and look under photo gallery.  Important! 
Important!  House is not located in Las Gaviotas but in Plaza del Mar which is another 10 kilometers 
south of Las Gaviotas... this is the closest neighborhood to it. Plaza del Mar is 1 mile north of La 
Fonda Restaurant.  Approximately one hour from downtown San Diego.  Home is 2,600 sq. ft. of well 
appointed spaces. Luxuries bathrooms with natural stone and granite. Features: 3 bedroom, 2 bath 
(master bath has jacuzzi tub), Gourmet Kitchen with granite countertops and high-end appliances 
(Wolf Stove, dishwasher, X-large refrigerator), two fireplaces, dining room and large living room.  
Kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and dining room all overlook ocean (See Pictures).  All 
bedrooms have Cal. King beds. Large Rooftop deck with Panoramic views of mountains and Pacific 
Coastline.    

Vacation Rental Amenities

Daily Maid Service, WI-FI Internet Access, Satellite TV and dvd in every bedroom, Media Library with 
over 150 movie titles, Stereo CD Player w/Ipod player, 100 Cd Library ,Outdoor Firepit, microwave, 
toaster, blender, glasses, set of dishes, cooking utensils, gas grill, ceiling fans, washer & dryer, 
500 thread count sheets, down conforters, towels, magazines.  Beautiful top of the line Brown 
Jordan interior furniture featuring large round table with six dining chairs, sofa, two large chairs 
with ottomans. Outdoor furniture: umbrellas, chaises, two outdoor dining tables. 

Complex has 24hr security and large community pool and BBQ area.

Golf (Bajamar 4 miles south), Walking, running, swimming, Horseback 
riding, Sunbathing, relaxing, shopping in Rosarito or Ensenada, 
restaurants, hiking, surfing, wine tasting (Valle of Guadalupe- 40 
minute drive) or simply doing nothing and enjoying the view.....

Vacation Rental Rates

All Winter Bookings received 15% off listed rates.   

Below are our standard rates.  Please inquire for last minute 
specials when home is not booked.

Summer rates - April--September 
$595 per night with 2 night minimum 
Weekly Rate $3500 (7 nights) Check in Thursday or Friday

Daily maid service is included with all rentals.


Winter rates -October--March 
$495 per night with 2 night minimum 
Weekly Rate $2800 (7 Nights) Check in Thursday or Friday

Holiday rate is $695 per night- requires 3 night minimum**
**Christmas,New Years -Memorial Day & Thanksgiving,Labor Day, 4th of 
July etc.  

All Rentals have a one time $100 Cleaning Fee

***Important:***  Pool heating during the summer months (May- 
September) is available at $95 per day.  

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Check in time is after 2:00 p.m. and check out is anytime 
before 10:30 a.m.. An $800 security deposit is required with all 
rentals which is returned within 5 business days after rental. 
Confirmation is given once deposit has been received. All payments 
are through personal or cashiers checks.  

Cancellations:  Cancellation within 60 days of arrival will get 
100% of reservation deposit.  Cancellation within 45 days before 
arrival will get 50% of deposit.  Any cancellation within 30 days 
before arrival will forfeit deposit unless another rental 
contract is received and confirmed for same dates minus a $250 
administrative fee.      

Rental payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
