Walk to Skiing! in Big Bear Lake

Escape 60: This unit has just been upgraded with new carpet, beds and kitchen appliances.  It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo just a short
walk to Snow Summit Ski Resort. It comes fully furnished with a fully
equipped kitchen, fireplace, TV/VCR, BBQ, sheets and towels. Parking
for 2 cars. No smoking or pets, please. The master bedroom has a
king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has 1 queen and a "double bunk bed".  There is
a sofa bed in the living room.

We are just east of Snow Summit Ski Resort, just a short walk. Leave
your car at the condos and walk over to skiing! Within a short drive
is the town of Big Bear Lake itself, the lake, shopping at the
Village, fine dining, markets, sledding. There are hiking trails,
mountain bike riding and rentals, the Moonridge Zoo and the beautiful
pine trees and blue skies of the San Bernardino mountains.

Rates are $205.00 per night non holiday winter week day (Sunday -
Thursday)
$305.00 per night non holiday winter weekend. Holidays depending on
the holiday are either $50.00 more per night than the normal weekend
rate or $100.00 more per night than the normal weekend rate.
There are minimum night requirements in the winter. Also stay Friday
& Saturday - add Sunday for 1/2 price (non holiday). Stay 4 nights
for the price of 5 (non holiday with one week day night free).
Summer rates start at $125.00 per night and stay 2 get the third free
week day or week end.
All prices are PLUS tax and a one time $35.00 cleaning fee.
Also a refundable security deposit of $300.00 is taken upon check-in.
