bathroom with separate Shower and a separate Bath-Tub, Long Two Sink 
Counter, Walk-in closet !
Second Bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen Beds and plenty of room for 
the kids to play !!
Family room has a Queen size sleeper and a Full size Futon with 
Spring Cushion !
Huge Balcony (183 sq.ft.) accesible from the Family room as well as 
the Master Bed-room boasts a Spectacular view of the Beach/ Ocean as 
well as a view of the Daytona Skyline over the River.
Dining Room has a formal Dining Table.
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Fridge with icemaker, 
Dishwasher, 
Microwave, Oven, cofeemaker, Tea kettle, dishes, flatware, etc.
Cable TV in Every room !!
This is a non-smoking condo, but is permitted on the Balcony and in 
the Pool Area

Rental Rates For 2 Bedroom: Stay period 1 week - $$1350.00
                            Stay period 2 weeks - $1850.00
                            Stay period 4 weeks - $2800.00
                            Bike Week / Race Week - $2000.00
                            3-6 months Rental - $2200.00/month
                            7-12 month rental - $2000.00/month
All rentals (less than 181 days) will be charged sales+ Tourist  
Tax @ 12.5%
There is a one time Cleaning charge of $75.00
A refundable deposit of $400 is required at the time of booking. 
This deposit is refunded within 0-72 hours after confirming that no 
damages or inventory is missing.

Minimum rental period is 14 days, 
but you may book only for 1 week also !! 
( we keep the Condo unrented for the 2nd week to abide by the Condo 
Assoc Rules)
