A refundable deposit of $400 is required at the time of booking.
This deposit is refunded within 0-72 hours after confirming that no
damages or inventory is missing.


 You may book only for 1 week also even though as per Condo Rules the Minimum rental period is 14 days ( we keep the Condo unrented for the 2nd week to abide by the Condo Assoc Rules)
