There is a one time Cleaning charge of $75.00
A refundable deposit of $400 is required at the time of booking.
This deposit is refunded within 0-72 hours after confirming that no
damages or inventory is missing.Total Rent is due 30 days prior to arrival. You ma cancel any time before 30 days of your arrival. Cancellations with les than 30 days notice is subject to the unit being rented again for same amount.

There is small $50 cancellation fee for cancellations with less than 90 days notice
