Escape #27: This is a nicer 2 bedroom/2 bath condo just a very short
walk to Snow
Summit Ski Resort. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything
you need to cook and eat with. There is a fireplace, TV/VCR, BBQ. The
condo also has a washer/dryer and is otherwise fully furnished and
ready to go. Master bedroom has a queen bed and the
2nd bedroom has 2 double bunk beds (large bed on the bottom/small bed
on the top). Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience.
Parking for 2 cars. No smoking or pets please!

We are just a short walk to Snow Summit! No driving involved! Close
by within a short drive is the Village, Moonridge Zoo, the lake,
shopping and fine dining, hiking, mountain biking, parks, beautiful
pine trees and blue skies!

Rates are really "per night" and rage from #215.00 per night non
holiday winter week day (Sunday - Thursday) to $315.00 per night non
holiday winter weekend. Stay Friday & Saturday add Sunday for half
price (non holiday). Stay 5 nights for the price of 4 (one week night
free - non holiday).
Holiday rates are either $50.00 more per weekend night price or
$100.00 more per weekend night price depending on the holiday.
Summer rates range from $135.00 per night and stay 2 get the third free.
All prices are plus tax and a $35.00 one time cleaning fee.
A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is taken upon check-in.
Minimum night requirements in the winter.
