Escape #34: This is a very nice "premier" style 2 bedroom 2 bath
condo just a very
short walk to Snow Summit Ski Resort. It has a fully equipped kitchen
with everything you would need to cook and eat with, washer/dryer, TV
VCR, fireplace, fully furnished and ready to go. Sheets and towels
are provided for your convenience. No smoking or pets, please!
Parking for 2 cars. The master bedroom has 1 king bed and the 2nd
bedroom has 2 double size beds.

Just walk to skiing! Near by within a short drive is Big Bear Lake
itself, the Village, grocery stores, other shopping, restaurants,
Moonridge Zoo, hiking, mountain biking and other fun activities
connected with the beautiful San Bernardino mountains!

Rates are really "per night" and not "per week" and range from $240.00
per night during the week (Sunday - Thursday/non holiday) and $340.00
per night on the weekend (non holiday). Holiday rates would either be
$50.00 more per night than the normal winter weekend rate or $100.00
more per night than the normal weekend rate - depending on the holiday.
Stay Friday & Saturday - add Sunday for half price (non holiday)
Stay 5 nights for the price of 4 (non holiday with 1 week day night free)
Summer rates start at $155.00 per night and stay 2 get the third free
weekday or weekend.
All prices plus tax and $35.00 cleaning fee.
A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is taken upon check-in.
