overlooking the pool and garden area provide a wide and soothing view
of lush greenery and 100% privacy from the neighbors. A tall fenced
yard welcomes a swimming pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, and two patio areas
for seating, with majestic palm trees offering just the right amount
of shade. Fragrant night blooming jasmine, Tiki torches, and ambient

Winter rates: November through April : $1275- 1400 per week inclusive
Summer rates: May through October: $1225- 1275 per week!

Holiday periods such as Spring Break, Easter, Fourth of July, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day, Fort Lauderdale Boat Show week, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc. may be slightly higher due to demand.
