Winter rates: November through April : $1275- 1400 per week inclusive
Summer rates: May through October: $1100- 1250 per week!

Holiday periods such as Spring Break, Fourth of July, Memorial Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. may be slightly higher due to demand.
