After your departure, the Security Deposit ($250) which will be refunded minus cleaning costs, return of keys etc..

Accommodations: This unit is fully newly furnished and the kitchen is
well equipped. Linens and towels are provided. Housekeeping is not
provided. This unit has laundry facilities and cleaning supplies.

-from September 15 thru May ($599 per month, plus utilities, cleaning & Security Deposit).
