Cancellation Policy: If you find it necessary to cancel your
reservation, the policy is as follows:

*Monthly Reservations: You must notifiy us no less than 90 days prior to the arrival date to incur no penalty. Cancellations made within 90 days of the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the reservation deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date forfeit the full reservation deposit. Cancellation made within 7 days of arrival forfeit the full payment to date. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit unless stated here or other arrangements have been made in writing.

*Weekly or Other Reservations: You must notify us at least 45 days in advance for full refund. A cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be accessed for those cancellations made within 45 days of scheduled reservation date.  A cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit will be accessed for those cancellations made within 7days of scheduled reservation.
