Vacation Rental Description

     Tastefully decorated post & beam home in a quiet, wooded 
setting, overlooking the spring-fed lake of Richmond Shores. 
Fabulous foliage and views. 
We are close to all the major ski areas, as well as much opportunity 
for cross skiing.
     The house has one king and one queen bedrooms, and one full 
bath.  
Plenty of closet space in each.  
The main living space is open and bright, with several sliding glass 
doors opening to a wrap-around deck, cantilevered under mature maple 
trees.  
Enjoy a barbeque or dinner of the shady deck in the cool Berkshire 
evenings.
     Our kitchen is modern and fully equipped for all your gourmet 
needs.  Plenty of cupboards and counterspace, New electric glasstop 
range, & dishwasher. It is open to a dining area and a windowed 
solarium.
     The living room, stairs and bedrooms are fully carpeted.  The 
living room includes a queen-bed sofa with loveseat, TV, VCR, DVD, 
CD stero player, stocked bookcases, a built-in desk, and an in-room 
standing fireplace. DSL available for guests staying one month or longer.!

We are 10 min to Lenox, Stockbridge, Great Barrington or 
Pittsfield;  for easy access to all the many cultural amenities of 
the Berkshires.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Washer/dryer, dishwasher, New glass top electric range, microwave, 
toaster, coffeepot, blender & gas grill. 
Telephone with answering machine, cable TV, VCR, DVD,CD player, TV 
in one bedroom available, books and games, linens provided.

We provide Internet Service for summer guests and thoses staying one or more months. 

Private or public beach, boat launch, beach chairs, large 
canoe. Lots of walking trails.

Hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing.
Shopping, restaurants, close to Berkshire West gym with pool, MOCA, 
theaters, & museums. 
Close to all the Berkshire cultural activities. 6 miles from 
Tanglewood main gate.
One hour from white water rafting!

Only 3 miles from Bousquet and 20-30 minutes to Jiminy Peak or 
Butternut Ski Areas.

Vacation Rental Rates

**Special - THINK SPRING _ April - Reduced to $600/week; up to 4 people!!*
 
March - $700-900/week. Weekends from $250/night. 

April - May - $700-800/week. Holiday weeks extra.

June - $900-1000/week. (Sat to Sat)

July & August - $1400/week. (Sat to Sat) $4800/month.

September - $1000/week

October - $900/week.

November & December - $800/week.  Holiday weeks - $1000/week.

   
**Cleaning fee extra - $50. 

**Pet fee extra - $50/pet.  

All Rentals required a $75-100 Security deposit.
