door. For guests who want to visit Deer Valley, The Canyons or do
some shopping, the free city shuttle stops just out front of the house
on Park Avenue.

The layout of this home is ideal for multiple families and large
groups. The main floor consists of three open rooms: The kitchen is
open between the front living room with fireplace, and the back family
room with a TV. There is a deck off the back room with a private hot
tub. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. One is the master suite
with a King bed, fireplace and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom
also has a King bed and shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom,
which offers a Twin bunk plus a twin bed.
