This gorgeous townhome is located in the exclusive Deer Crest
community of Deer Valley. The gated community provides privacy and
security along with breathtaking views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and
surrounding peaks.
Enjoy the slopeside location of this 2800 square foot townhome, with
ski-in ski-out access on the Pioche trail. The private outdoor hot tub
offers a soothing soak after a day of skiing Deer Valley's famous
trails, free of snowboarders and long lift lines!
The spacious townhome offers comfortable sleeping for up to 12 people,
so it's perfect for big / multiple families or groups of friends.
There are four beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with a private
bathroom. The master suite offers a King bed plus a gas fireplace and
stunning views. The second guest room offers two Twin beds and a gas
fireplace. The third bedroom features a Queen bed and ensuite
bathroom. The fourth bedroom serves children and young adults well,
with two Captain's Bunks (twin over full beds).
Relax in the open great room with a wood burning fireplace and enjoy
the high-end kitchen with granite counters and upgraded appliances.
There is a dining table with seating for 6, and three additional seats
at the breakfast bar.
