The Sunrise Condominium Resort is one of Tamarindo’s newest vacation complex and is located next to the main beach and surf break in town, Playa Tamarindo. Our location within Tamarindo is incomparable with other complexes. We are located 300 feet north of the Diria Hotel and are literally in the center of town.

The complex features 24-hour security, secure parking, and cascading waterfalls into an overszied swimming pool with an attached kiddie pool. The complex is surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, a tourist office, bank, casino and internet cafe. It is also noted that there are three surf shops located adjacent to the Sunrise complex.

The unit is located on the ground level facing the pool and is just seconds to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in town.

The unit is fully furnished with all amenities. The main room is open, combining kitchen, dining and living areas for a wide open feel. The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, island/breakfast bar, beautiful cabinets and appliances, and high speed internet in the unit as well as wireless access available within the complex.

The unit consists of one king bed, two queen beds, and two twin beds located within four separate bedrooms and sleeps eight people comfortably. In addition, we have three full bathrooms and can accommodate your friends and family comfortably and in style.
