Sit on the spacious balcony and see skiers coming down Dercum Mountain or watch the
activities in the heart of River Run Village. This condo comfortably sleeps a family or group of 8 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bunk beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Our kitchen has all of the essentials to prepare a warm, homecooked meal. The dining table accomodates 6 people, while the bar in the kitchen will seat an additional 3
people. After a fun-filled day of outdoor activities, your family can unwind and enjoy the game table and selection of board games, watch your favorite television show or movie on the large, flatscreen TV, or relax while listening to music on the stereo system in the living room. You can also retreat to the master bathroom where you can soak your tired muscles in the jetted tub.
Another unique feature of our condo is that there is a washer and dryer in the unit, so there is no need to carry your laundry to a different floor and use the coin operated washers/dryers that are shared by everyone staying in Buffalo Lodge.

include skiing at Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin, as well as night skiing, so you can ski until
8:30 pm.
3. Adventure Point Tubing that is fun for adults and kids alike. At the top of mountain, you will
find many tubing lanes with varying difficulty. You can ride down in your tube by yourself or with a
group of friends or family by holding on to each others tubes. Then you can enjoy the ride back up
the hill on the tubing lift.
4. Ice skating/hockey is available in the Lakeside Village, which is a short shuttle ride away or a
short drive in your car.
5. Unique, mountain dining experiences at 11,444 feet. Sit back and enjoy the views of the mountains
as you ride the gondola up to the top of mountain.
