Vacation Rental Description

Gorgeous View!  Great Location!  Convenient!  Amenities Galore!  
Spacious, beautifully decorated, one-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath 
condo with fabulous gulf view of the emerald green waters of the 
gulf in Destin.  Located at Surfside Resort, an exciting highrise 
that is considered part of the the Beaches of South Walton (Miramar 
Beach), within 1 mile of the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall and 
close to numerous excellent golf courses. 

Fully furnished vacation get-a-way with everything you need (except 
your personal beach towels).  This includes fully furnished kitchen 
with stove, refrigerator, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, 
dinnerware, glasses, utensils, cookware, toaster, and coffee pot and 
a spectacular view of the ocean from the kitchen table 
(seats 4).  Sleeping accommodations include a king size bed in the 
master bedroom, a queen size bed and twin day bed in the 
guest/second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. Linens are provided. 
 
Master bedroom features a large walk-in closet, large newly tiled 
shower, color TV/DVD/VCR/cable, telephone (local calls free) and a 
wonderful view of the ocean from the room.  The guest bedroom has a 
large closet, bath with shower/tub combination, cable TV/VCR/DVD, 
telephone, and can be locked out from the rest of the unit 
with it’s own door to the exterior hallway.  

The living room area has a queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat, 
recliner, color TV with VCR/DVD/cable, CD stereo system, tons of 
books for your reading enjoyment, and excellent western view of the 
ocean.  We stocked our unit with many movies and games for your 
enjoyment.  Adjacent to the living room area is the dining room area 
with seating for 4-6, in addition to the kitchen seating for 4.  

The master, second bedroom, living room, and kitchen each have glass 
windows and a sliding glass door opening onto the spacious 28-foot 
balcony, with tempered glass rails for safety.  These rooms have 
just been updated with new 16" floor tiles.  New balcony furniture 
just added allowing for greater views and comfort.

Complimentary wireless internet service available throughout the 
building.

This is a non-smoking unit.  Sorry, no pets allowed.

Surfside policy prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25.


 
 
       

Vacation Rental Amenities

Onside restaurant with great food great prices.  Gorgeous sunsets can be seen from Surfside Resort 
which has many amenities including:  heated pool, kiddie pool, bathing deck 
overlooking the ocean, two hot tubs, sauna, new exercise equipment/room, sports deck with tennis 
courts and basketball/volleyball area, shuffleboard, concrete skybridge to the beach for safety, 
beach pavilion with picnic tables, BBQ area with picnic tables, covered parking, interior 
hallways, and wheelchair accessibility to everywhere except the beach (accessibility ramp does allow 
access to the top floor of the beach pavilion).   

Beach chair and umbrella setup available.
 

Activities and Attractions

Surfside is conveniently located to many area attractions, excellent 
golf courses (Seascape is just next door), and restaurants. Winn 
Dixie and Bruno's are just 1 mile away, as is the Silver Sands 
Outlet Mall.

For those who love the beautiful emerald green waters of Destin, 
great seafood, tons of activities for the kids (all ages), and your 
choice of golf or water sports, this is the place for you!

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Florida tax of 11% will be added to all rental rates and cleaning 
fees.
$250 Reservation deposit required to confirm reservation; rent due 3 
weeks prior to arrival date.
Cancellations must occur at least 60 days prior to check-in for full 
refund.  
Reservation deposit converts to damage deposit and will be refunded 
upon return receipt of keys and passes, and satisfactory inspection 
by our onsite personnel.
Deposit does not count towards rent and tax.  Any incident of pets 
or smoking in the unit voids deposit return.
Daily rates require minimum 3-6 night stay depending on season and 
a $100 cleaning fee.
Saturday to Saturday rentals only during Spring Break and Summer.
