High Season (September - March) $1,100 per month; $575 per week; $90 daily.
Low Season (April - August) $975 per month; $500 per week; $85 daily.
We require an initial deposit of $175 plus a cleaning fee of $50 for a total of $225 paid thru
check (which must be sent 7 days before arrival), cashier's check or money order payable to FEME
LLC. Deposit refundable three days after inspection of the apartment. Remaining balance to be paid
by cash, check, money order, or the use of PayPal before check in.
