This Condo is a lovely 1 bedroom 1 bath oceanfront condo. The
bedroom has a king bed that has a
half wall separating it from the kitchen and living room. The living
room has a queen pullout
sleeper. There is a TV in the living room. The kitchen has a
fridge, microwave, 2 burners,
toaster, utensils, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has a table that
seats 4 and leads to the
balcony with 2 chairs and a mini table where you can enjoy the ocean
breeze and watch the ocean
waves. This room is oceanfront on the first floor facing south.
There are multiple laundry rooms
in the building and a work out room. Downstairs you will find 1
heated pool, 1 heated wading pool,
and 1 unheated pool. You will also find a couple of grills and table
and chairs so you can enjoy
the ocean breeze while making dinner.... What a way to get away for
a few days. You are not far
from the Ocean Walk area that has a movie theater, shopping, ice
cream, restaurants, bars, water
park, game center, and much more. We provide you a home away from
home for your private getaway.
You provide the swim suit. You must be at least 25 years old to rent
the house. Confirmed bookings
require a refundable $250 deposit (less any damages) along with the
contract. If you cancel the
deposit is non- refundable. We strive to be of personal service.

vary by the season and for
special events. Rates vary from $50.00 a night to $150.00 a night
plus tax of 6% Tourist Tax and
6.5% sales tax for a total fo 12.5% and cleaning fee of $80.00.
