The condominium has two heated pools, a jacuzzi, a gym, it has a
cafeteria and a grocery store next to the pool where you can enjoy
breakfast or lunch.

A short drive south to Bal Harbour with fancy boutiques and
restaurants, near Art Galleries at Lincoln Road, Museums and
Theaters, South Beach, Miami. A short drive north to Hollywood Beach
& broadwalk, Fort Lauderdale with its beautiful beaches and Las Olas
Blvd. Activities include, golf, bicycling, jogging and water sports.
vacation rental rates
The rent is $2,600 one month, you will have a better deal if you rent
the apartment for two months ($2,500) $500 security deposit has to be paid at the time of confirmation to hold the reservation dates and a full payment 10 days before the arrival. we can not rent the apartment for less than 30 days.....
