We are midway between Los Angeles 4 hrs, and San Francisco 4 hrs. We are located in the popular Beach Track and just 1 1/2 blocks from
the sand ~ a 4 minute walk to the beach with no major streets to cross.

This was a perfect place for our whole family to meet. Everyone enjoyed the amenities. We stayed up late playing games and laughing. Great short walk to the beach to look for sand dollars. This will be a weekend we will all remember.

This gorgeous home is totally remodeled and furnished down to the new linens. Our home sleeps 6-8 people comfortably, (1) California King in the Hibiscus Room (Master Bedroom), (1) Queen Bed in the Rose Room & (1) Queen Bed in the Palm Room. We also have a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Family room. The beds are new, high end and very cozy.

Totally remodeled Hall and Master Bathrooms complete with new tiled showers, toilets, vanities and sinks. All new paint and carpet throughout with a wonderfully large open kitchen / great room with beautiful granite countertops and seating - Great for family reunions and gatherings.

The entire home has new furnishings complete with very fast wireless high speed DSL, 2 large flat screen TVs and 2 DVD players. Games, books, are available for family fun and the opportunity to create some great memories!

In the backyard there is a firepit and private hot tub for your relaxation. We have a ping pong table, croquet and darts for fun. There is also an outside shower with hot water to rinse off the beach before you enter our home.

Our home is very comfortable and we have many returning guests every year.We would love to add you to our guestlist~

Linens Provided: Full linens provided; yummy sheets and high end bedding.
Please bring your own beach blankets and beach towels :)
Garage: large two car garage / ping pong table, croquet and darts in the garage. No parking allowed in garage. Thank you
Off Street Parking: limited street parking- 3 autos allowed at the property total. There is additional parking available very close by.

King Bed: New Cal King - High end mattress - very comfortable
Queen Bed (2): 2 New Queen beds - High end mattress- very comfortable
Convertible Bed: queen sofa sleeper with air mattress for your comfort- Bedding in garage storage for your reference.

Cable/Satellite TV (2): 2 flat screen TVs, 2 DVDs
Private Hot Tub in backyard- please keep the lever up to maintain heat.
Ping Pong/Table Tennis in garage- darts
Kitchen- Full Kitchen: Granite Countertops - fully stocked- island with seating- open and airy- the central hangout spot~ BEST Stocked kitchen around !!
Cooking Utensils Provided: Fully stocked - coffee maker, toaster, dishes, plates, silverware, pot, pans, etc...Refrigerator: Brand new with water & ice dispenser

and, for the golfers, don't forget we have many championship golf courses where you can hone your
golfing skills for your next tournament.
Enjoy short jaunts to San Luis Obispo for shopping or Cayucos and Cambria for antiquing or live
theater, or just have fun in the sun kayaking, whale watching and enjoying the breathtaking views
and natural beauty of The Central Coast. Here are just a few of the activies that are avilable in

Thankgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter weeks are considered holidays

Oct-May $1695/week + $225 cleaning fee + $169.50 bed tax = $2089.50 /week

Memorial/Labor Day Weekends $1,100+ $225 cleaning fee + $110 bed tax = $1435/3 night stay

Oct-May $1000 /3 night stay + $225 cleaning fee + $100 bed tax = $1325/3 night stay

Refundable Reservation/Security Deposit $1000
