and jacuzzi. Monkeys pass by
your dining room window over breakfast.
The house is 2-story, each a complete unit with washer/dryer,
kitchen, living and sleeping areas.
The rental includes both units/the entire house.
Relax in the pool or jacuzzi as you enjoy the sounds of the jungle.
Centrally located half way between the town of Quepos and Manuel
Antonio National Park, just 300
meters off the main road to the Park.
Cleaning is provided twice a week, more often at your discretion.
Guards are on duty 24/7.

Quepos and Manuel Antonio, all
within 5 minutes of the house.
vacation rental rates
We are celebrating our inaugural year with 50% discounts off our regular rates for all guests.
The rate for High Season 2009 (December 2008 - April 2009) is
$400/night for the full house, with a 3-night minimum.
We also offer the bottom unit separately, for $250/night. This is
the two bedroom, two bath unit.
We offer discounts for stays of one week or longer, and for our
Costa Rican nationals and residents.
Last minute discounts are available if the house is vacant. Just
ask!
