s. maria in trastevere), the reknowned Greenwich Village area of central Rome.
Renovated recently, it offers a delightful solution for your holiday in Rome. A charming, two-level
apartment with typical wood beamed ceilings, Casa di Daniela is located in an attractive building
situated among picturesque alleys and characteristic, antique wall shrines. The neighborhood is
known for its restaurants and night spots, its artisans and, during the day, for its aura of days
gone by.
The apartment sleeps 4 to 6 in three separate sleeping areas. There are two modern bathrooms, each
with shower, and a kitchen fitted out for your every need. There is heating for the winter and air
conditioning for the summer. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer and television are on the premises.

- From Termin station: go to bus terminus, get onto line H, climb off at the 5th stop at SONNINO/S.
GALLICANO, and walk along in front of the church Santa Maria in Trastevere.
- From Trastevere station: go to bus terminus, get onto tram 8, get off at the 6th stop at PIAZZA

Price per apartment, water, gas, electricity, linen, towels,one weekly cleaning
1-2 guests: 130 €/day - 800 €/week;
3-4 guests: 170 €/day - 1100 €/week;
5-6 guests: 200 €/day - 1300 €/week.
Discount will be applied for a long stay.
Final cleaning fee (obligatory) 40,00 euro.
Payment policy at reservation:
deposit of 20% of your total stay by Bank transfer or PAYPAL at the check in you'll pay the
remainder (80%) in cash.
