With bright & colorful furnishings and decor, this 2 bedroom 2½ bath Townhome says Fun and Comfort as soon as you walk in the door. This is not your average vacation rental.
On the main level is the large, colorful living room with a gorgeous ocean view. A queen size sleeper sofa, 27"  flat screen color TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo-CD/Cassette player, ceiling fan, adult & children books, children's videos/DVDs, games and puzzles - just in case the weather keeps you inside. The dining room has seating for 6 plus 3 bar stools located at the breakfast bar. Adjacent to the dining area is a tropical palm tree themed kitchen, fully stocked with everything you'll need if you decide to cook a family meal while on vacation. Or prepare a picnic and head to the beach...we've provided all the necessary acrylic dishware. The kitchen comes complete with a full size electric, self-cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, blender, toaster (with bagel-sized slots), electric can opener, electric mixer, crock pot, storage containers, all utensils, glassware, dishes, cookware, pots/pans and more.
There's even a beautiful ocean view from the kitchen to gaze at as you're doing "the chores".
Also located on the main level is a whimsically decorated half bath.
Step out of the living room onto a large deck that offers a beautiful ocean view and watch the dolphins play just beyond the shore as you enjoy your morning coffee at the patio table. Or grab a tropical drink and enjoy a stunning sunset as another day in paradise ends when the glow of the sun is extinguished by the crystal clear water, just a few steps from your private viewing spot.
On the upper level is the master bedroom, decorated in a funky surf shack theme and is furnished with a king size bed and has an adjoining private full bath. The master is equipped with a 20" color flat screen TV, VCR/DVD, alarm clock, phone & ceiling fan.
Enjoy a gorgeous, unobstructed ocean view as you lounge in bed, gaze at the stars, or listen to the gentle sound of the surf.
Also located on the upper level is the guest bedroom, which is furnished with 2 double beds and decorated in a fun fish theme. Equipped with a 20" color TV (front A/V input jacks for game systems) and VCR, alarm clock, phone & ceiling fan. There's a full bath and large linen/storage closet located in the hall just outside the guest bedroom.

Other amenities include: Central A/C, free high speed wireless Internet , full size washer/dryer, covered parking for two vehicles, plus ample extra parking for additional vehicles or watercraft. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, floats, a large cooler and a beach bag for the "stuff". There's an outside shower conveniently located next to the living room deck and outside BBQ grills (charcoal) are available to cook that fresh fish you caught.

Late Summer (8/10 - 8/31): $880/week; $130/day (3 day min)

Fall (8/31 - 11/2): $830/week; $125/day (3 day min) 

Winter (11/2-3/8/2014):  $640/week...$120/day...$1300/month*
     *Monthly rate is based on 28 consecutive days (4 weeks - Sat-Sat)

Rates do not include $85 cleaning, 12%tax & $300 refundable damage deposit
