If you’re not familiar with the Sebastian River area, you’re in for a delightful surprise. Manatees,
Dolphins, herons, pelicans, seagulls and fish of every kind, and nature-loving humans love the
Sebastian River. Pelican Island, the country's first National Wildlife Refuge, was established here
over a century ago. Ever since, Sebastian has remained a place that cherishes its natural beauty and
makes a special effort to preserve it.
The Atlantic Ocean is only minutes away, you'll never run out of things to do here. Our guests find
that they never want to leave because they are so comfortable here. But if you can tear yourself
away, you'll find that the beaches on the barrier island, across the Indian River lagoon, are
practically deserted. The areas best surfing and if you are really daring, Skydive Sebastian,
billing itself as "Florida's most scenic dropzone," is a few minutes away.
