This Mountain Getaway is located in the Heart of the Rockies and is available to rent as your
Colorado Vacation Home. Located in the Historic Alpine Townsite,(Near St Elmo), this 4 bedroom 2 3/4
bath is the perfect place for that (get away from it all) vacation. If you want seclusion but close
to activities, THIS IS IT!

4 bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each room. A loft area with 2 single beds. 2 bedrooms on main level
(no stairs). 2 bedrooms on lower level. Both levels have a living area with Direct TV & DVD/VCR. The
kids love the lower level and the adults love it too! Washer/dryer on main level. Gas Fire Place on
main level. Gas Grill on deck. ( you have to see the view!). Well equipped kitchen. All linens
provided. Just bring your food and personal supplies!

June, July, August: $285.00/night $1,700.00/week (3 night minimum)
All other nights: $250.00/night $1,500.00/week (3 night minimum)
Rates do not include Sales/Lodging tax and $150.00 cleaning fee.
1st payment is due 60 days prior to rental date (50% of rental rate)
Final payment is due 14 days prior to rental date.
Check in time is 3:00pm
Check out time is 10:00am
