Vacation Rental Description

Maximize your Disneyland/Southern California experience while 
enjoying vintage Anaheim and the easygoing California lifestyle. 
Storyland House is ideal for families, small groups, tour groups and 
reunions. Here at the "happiest place on earth" you will enjoy a 
comfortable stay with all the amenities of your own home; perfect 
for a weekend getaway and practical enough for a longer stay.
Storyland House is approximately 20 minute walk to the main gate to 
Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure. The Disneyland Resort 
Shuttle is also available.

We are offering introductory packages for a split stay in 
Anaheim/Disneyland and Del Mar/San Diego. The minimum stay is 7 
nights total split for 3 or 4 nights at each home. Introductory low 
season price (Sept.6, 2007-March 4, 2008) will be a total of $3000 
(weekly -7 nights; additional nights charged at listed daily rate; 
rate includes $200 cleaning fee and $1000 refundable security 
deposit.

Living Room with cable TV, DVD,wireless modem-high -speed internet 
access, queen sleeper sofa, family room (5th bedroom) with 
entertainment center and daybed/trundle, dining room with 8 chairs, 
child high chair, cute patio with BBQ,table and 4 chairs and very 
private landscaped yard; fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 
microwave; two bathrooms stocked with fresh linens; four bedrooms 
prepared with fresh linens, pillows, closets and dressers; one 
infant crib and portable crib also available; laundry room with 
washer & dryer.

SeaWorld (south of Anaheim). The Pacific Coast beaches from Santa 
Monica to San Diego are within a 20 to 90 minute drive

Hollywood and Universal Studios by rail:– we can link you up! Here’s 
a tour you won’t want to miss. You can take Amtrak from Anaheim and 
connect at Union Station in Los Angeles Union Station, for the train 
trip to Universal Studios and back. 

San Diego: Introducing, 2 homes in North San Diego – Del Mar and La 
Jolla; 
Del Mar is a great getaway, with lots to do as well. Beautiful 
beach, world famous theme parks, SeaWorld and Legoland nearby; the 
popular Del Mar race track and world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa 
Park and Wild Animal Park are minutes away.

Mid Season- Mar 5-June 14: $260/night; $1680/ week (7 nights)
Peak Season & Holidays-June 15-Sept. 1; March 16-29; Nov 22-30; Dec 
16-Jan 16: $332/night $1946/week (7 nights) ; Holiday & peak season 
minimum stay is 5 nights
Deposit of 50% -non-refundable within 45 days. Security deposit of 
$350 (refunded 2 weeks after departure). Cleaning fee $100. Balance 
2 weeks prior to arrival.
