Great Location just across the street from the boardwalk!  Professionally cleaned before your visit!  Please leave the unit in the same condition that you found it and there is no cleaning fee.  The security deposit is $250 due upon making the reservation.  50% due 90 days before the rental starts, and the balance is due 60 days before the rental starts.
