Our "Casa "Mountain" is the ultimate mountain top retreat in a very
quiet private setting. It is our dream come true! Situated atop
Bill's Mountain in beautiful Lake Lure, NC,on 2 acres, among the
pristine Blue Ridge Mountains. Each room shows love and TLC. This
home is brand new just completed in late 2008. The house is 15
minutes from historical Chimney Rock, 25 miles south of elegant
Asheville and 25 mi. from charming and quaint Hendersonville.
Casa Mountain boasts 5 large bedrooms, each with its own bath, 2
kings, 2 queens, 1 room has queen with bunks that are 1 twin and 1
full.
Beautiful mountain views all around! Main floor has fabulous walnut
floors and grand wood burning FP. Dining table seat 12 with dishes
for 20.Parking for at least 7 cars, EZ driveway !!.Kitchen is set up
for the best of cooks as well as large laundry area with oversized
washer /dryer.
Great home for extended families who want to share their mountain
vacation. 4500 sq ft.

3 fireplaces, including one outdoors in a beautiful screened porch, 2
large-screen plasma TV's with satellite, 2.5-car garage with direct
entrance to the house. Gas BBQ grill lower level has spacious second
family room with refrigerator and microwave.Home is equiped with
wireless internet throughout, with free long distance. also, home has
high chair and port-a crib for baby in one of the king bedrooms.
Community offers grand entry with gated security,tennis courts,
beautiful clubhouse and walking trails .
This community is impecably maintained with good roads and beautiful
landscape throughout.

Hiking, fishing, horseback riding, boating, tennis,gem mining,
golf,lots of shopping in nearby towns that are charming and quaint.
These towns also offer many art galleries and fine restaurants
for those who prefer to eat out. From Pizza to Sushi, to BBQ and
great steaks.
Mostly, we enjoy the mountain, The views are incredible. The eagles
soar and at night the moon and stars are magnificent and bright. Star
gazing is one of our favorite pastimes. When is the last time you
named a star? Oh yes,falling stars are fun to watch too!! Watch
the deer and wild turkeys from the balcony. Enjoy the fresh mountain
air and tranquility. Nature at it's best!!

Must be 25 yrs old to rent, family units , groups of friends,or
couples prefered. This home is perfect for family reunions with 5
master rooms! Names and ages of all who occupy will be given
to owner at time of reservation. Ask about friends & family and C.M.

Security deposit $500, refundable within 15 days of departure plus a
$250 cleaning fee
