Casa Ketse: An Ocean-Front Luxury Villa in MARINA CHACALA! in Chacala

Casa Ketse at Marina Chacala is a functional, yet architecturally
fully designed home offering 3
beautiful suites and 1 guess bedroom, with and additional separated
guess/TV/Game room, with a total
of 5 and a half bathrooms. The house is located in one of the most
exclusive private beaches of
Mexico: Marina Chacala. A closed-gated complex that brings you
security and privacy, yet it allows
you to enjoy the beach, ocean, fauna, as well as many sports
activities; or simply visit the
Pueblito of Chacalilla. This is a two story brand new home (finished
in 2006), decorated in a
simple, relaxed style, with beautiful colors, where you can feel the
ocean and the tropical fauna
of Chacala throughout the house. You will experience fantastic ocean
views from every room in the
house. Each of the bedrooms offers privacy with its own marble
bathrooms and terrace as well as
ceiling fans, air conditioning and windows for your sleeping comfort.

The large open living room under a separated, yet integrated soaring
30 foot palapa is the perfect
place to relax with family and friends, play games or simply watch
the sunset over the blue
pacific. The adjecent Guess/TV/Game room quarters will give you the
privacy to enjoy a movie night
or a relaxed reading time on your own. A fully equipped air-
conditioned kitchen with stainless steel
appliances are outfitted with everything you will need to make
delicious meals. As well as coffee
maker, grinder, blender, ice maker and microwave. If are not in the
mood for cooking? A local
personal cook can be arranged beforehand for an additional fee. The
breakfast dinning area will
invite you to start your day on top of the blue ocean, enjoying the
amazing fauna of Chacala.

The house has a beautiful pool, dinning, and a bar area, surrounded
by plentiful lush garden and
patio by the pool. Internet, Plasma TV on Master Bathroom, plus two

Rates for Casa Ketse:
Casa Ketse maximum occupancy is 6-8 persons only.
House rents weekly from Saturday -to- Saturday during the high season
and holidays.
3 night minimum all other times.
If house is not rented we may have some flexibility so feel free to
inquire.

High Season: 1 November - 31 May $500 USD / night $3500 USD /
week
Low Season: 1 June - 31 October $500 USD / night $3500 USD /
week
Holiday Rates:
Spring Break $3800 USD / week
Thanksgiving $3800 USD / week
Christmas & New Years $7000 USD / week

Deposit $500.00 security deposit. Refunded in full 2 weeks after
departure unless any damages to
property. 50 % of the total rent due to secure reservation due 45
days prior to arrival along with
security deposit.

Cancellation Policy:


Cancellation of rental reservation is requested up to 90 days before
rental arrival date, then the
total amount of the rental will be returned minus $250 USD
transaction fee. If cancellation is
requested after 90 days before arrival date then no money will be
returned unless the property can
be rented for this period. There will be a transaction fee of $250
USD assessed from total amount
refunded. Until rental is fully confirmed; rates are subject to
change.
