textured walls all the way down to the gorgeous furniture and top of
the line everything! Snuggle up at your leisure with the down
comforters, enjoy a jacuzzi in the master bath, watch the sunset on
the balcony or go for a walk on the beach and enjoy the breeze.
Some say this unit is for the vacationer with champagne taste! The
views are absolutely inspiring - especially the sunsets over the
Gulf!
We also have another two bedroom unit, Mom's Place, on the same
floor!
Vacation Rental Amenities
Mainsail offers 24 hour security, two swimming pools (one heated),
two kiddie pools, a hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, basketball goal,
shuffleboard, game room, workout room, grills, vending machines, and
a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico! If you must spend some
time working or just surfing the internet, we have wireless internet
access available.
Activities and Attractions
Local Activities include picturesque golf courses, deep sea fishing,
scuba diving, parasailing, jet skiing, sun bathing, enjoying lots of
fresh seafood and shopping at one of the largest outlet malls right
across the street!
Vacation Rental Rates
March 1 - May 25th $1500 p/week
(excluding spring break)
Spring Break $1795 p/week
May 26th - August 10th $1795 p/week
August 11th - October 30th $1500 p/week $275 p/night
November 1 - February 28th $1450 p/month $250 p/night
Until confirmed rates are subject to change.
$300 refundable deposit due upon booking.
Please add 11% for state and local tax.
Cleaning fee and beach service are included.
45 day cancellation required for full refund.
