Furnished in lovely mountain decor, both properties are fully equipped with Turn-Key amenities including- cookware, linens, towels, and all the comforts of home away from home. Pets (with some exclusions) welcome for additional $10/night.

Summer: fishing, hiking, biking (mountain bike park and bike trail withing 1 mile), golf within 3 miles. Winter: skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling. Year Round: fine or casual dining, nightlife, shopping, relaxing and vacationing in the beautiful high Sierras. 1 BD unit has pool, hot tub and sauna.

Fall: Discounted rates (Sept 7th - Nov. 7th)

1BD/1.25 bath unit, sleeps 4 (2 night min) $129/pm, $750/week including taxes. Cleaning fee: $75 per stay.

Deposit of $150 charged with all rentals of 30 days or less.
