shuttle and Village/Gondola. Fully equipped, furnished turn key for your convenience. Good winter
access with front door just steps from the parking lot. Two master suits with private baths, third
bedroom sleeps 2 with sofa sleeper in living room sleeping one for a total sleeping capacity of 7.
Other, 2nd half of duplex's 3rd bedroom sleeps one for a total sleeping capacity of 5. Call for

Furnished in lovely mountain decor. Relax by the wood burning stove, or catch some sun on the
deck. In house washer/dryer, cookware, linens, towels, and all the comforts of home away from
home. Choice of two Mammoth Mountain Base Areas to ski out of; Canyon Lodge or the Village all in
less than a mile. Pets considered with some exclusions.

Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, fine or casual dining, nightlife, shopping, ice-skating, relaxing and vacationing in the beautiful high sierras all available within miles.

Summer: $250-$275/night, $1500-$1700/ week.

Fall and Spring: $212 per night, $1200/week.

Winter and Holiday Rates: SEASONAL 6 MONTH RENTALS ONLY IN WINTER: $2100-$2400/ month (5-7 month seasonal rentals only after Nov.30th)

Housekeepiing Deposit of $150 charged with all rentals of 14 days or less. Cleaning fees deducted from deposit and balance is refunded.

Midweek summer special: (Mon through Thurs): Stay 3 nights and get the 4th night free. (this excludes holidays and cannot be used in conjunction with other specials or coupons)
