This cute and spacious 2000 ft2 house has 3 bedrooms each with its own full bathroom with full tub, a living room with a great new gas fireplace, separate family/TV room with DVD/VCR, large modern kitchen, and dining room. The large wrap-around porch is ideal to relax, read a book, and people watch. Two of the three bedrooms have their own decks, and there is also a large deck in the back of the house. Each of the bedrooms have a queen sized bed, cable TV with remote, and individually controlled heat and air conditioner. The well-appointed kitchen with a double oven, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and utensils. Free wireless internet and all blankets, pillows, bath towels and linens are provided.

Our location is ideal! Being within a few houses of the town center, it only takes 2 minutes to walk into town. We are one block from the Marginal Way, and walking to the beach will only take 5 – 10 minutes. You cannot beat our location.

Layout: On the first floor, there is a large kitchen, separate dining room, living room with gas fireplace, family/TV room, and spare entry room. There is large back deck and one wrap around farmers porch on this level. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms with queen beds, and each with their own bathoom. Two of the bedrooms share a deck.

You will not need your car once you arrive. You can walk to the beach, and we are just one block to the entrance of the beautiful ocean walk – The Marginal Way. At the end of Marginal Way is the fishing village of Perkins Cove, where you can go take cruises for deep sea fishing, whale watching, light house viewing, and ‘booze cruises’. Also, if you prefer, Ogunquit offers a open-air trolley to get you to your destination.
For non-beach goers, you are about a 5 minute walk to the historical “Ogunquit Playhouse”, which features one of the top ten off-Broadway theaters in the nation. You can always walk to the great shopping, go antiqueing, bar hopping,or go to our local movie cinema, which offers first run movies.
If a little road-trip is in your plans, Kittery, with its great outlet shopping is just 10 miles south of Ogunquit, and historic Porstmouth, NH is just a few miles beyond Kittery. Kennebunk is only about 12 miles north of Ogunquit and Portland is only 40 minutes away. Freeport, with the famous LL Bean, is just north of Portland.
Mount Agamenticus is only 7 miles from Ogunquit, and it offers breathtaking views from the Atlantic Ocean to Mount Washington in New Hampshire. Hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding are available at or near the mountain.
Ogunquit has two art museums, public library, public tennis courts, and playgrounds. Golf, miniature golf, biking, kayaking are just some of the additional activities in the village.
