minutes from Sumter Landing Square
and 15 minutes from Spanish Springs Town Square. Two bedrooms have
queen size beds, the living room
has a queen sofa bed. At the moment, the third bedroom is a TV/Den.
All rooms have ceiling fans.
Modern appliances, inside laundry room and a 1 l/2 car garage. Two
cable TV's and a DVD and local
phone service. Screened lanai w/furniture. No grass, stone landscaped
courtyard.
No pets, no smoking.

Sheets and towels are supplied and the kitchen is fully equipped. We
are very close to the
supermarkets, restaurants, shopping and banks. Our home is not a
hotel, routine cleaning or maid
service is not included.

The Villages is a very active 55 plus community. Swimming Pools,
Golf Courses, Tennis / Pickle Ball
Courts, Bowling, Movie Theatres.

A Deposit of $500 is required at time of booking which converts to a
security/damage deposit
returned to you within 7 - 10 days after the inspection. Cleaning fee
of $85. Activity cards for $50.
