ideally suited for two families. It is located in the community of Tuscan Ridge and is within 15 minutes of all Walt Disney attractions and all the best Orlando has to offer. The house is within 5 minutes of a professional golf course (Champion's Gate) and other beautiful courses. The pool is a brand new oversized one with extra decking and relaxing lanai. It faces south and is always in the sun.
There is no one living behind the house to block great sunset views and insures maximum privacy.
You can walk out to the pool/lanai area from your master suite for a relaxing swim. On the deck are lounge chairs and full sized table that is great for breakfast or evening snacks.
The TV in the living room,family room and master bedroom are "state-of-the-art" digital displays connected to digital cable and the main one has a Blue-Ray DVD. There is a 62" Digital TV in the living room, a 51" one in the family room and a plasma TV in the master bedroom.(WOW) The other
bedrooms have TV's that are connected to Cable and have DVD players.
If you are a sports fan of movie lover, you will love to curl up on the couch and watch them on these beautiful large TV's.
Our house has been recently refurnished with new furniture and beds and is beautiful throughout.
It has has a separate living room, family room and formal dining room.
Our house is fully air conditioned for your comfort.
