Vacation Rental Description

the water. There are 2 separate accomodations: The Main Pavilion, 
and the Guest house. Together over 3,700 sq. ft. connected by a 20' 
high outside bridge. Be prepared to be "awed"  by the combination of 
privacy, open space, coastal and lagoon views and inspired 
architecture right in the heart of Carlsbad. Secured by 2 private 
gates. The property includes a 4 car garage. The master suite in the 
Main house sleeps 2 people on 1 Queen bed and sleeps 4 people on 2 
sofa beds(one in bedroom and one in the living room). The guesthouse 
sleeps 2 in the bedroom 
on a queen bed and 2 on a sofa bed in the living room.
You will have 2 kitchens and 2 washer/dyer. Perfect for 2 families 
that want to share their vacation and still keep some privacy. 
For weddings and corporate events, there is a one acre lot adjacent 
to the property that can accomodate the largest of gatherings. For
