Our Resort condominium complex is located directly on St. Augustine Beach, and has immediate access
to the most beautiful and expansive beach in Florida, where you can walk, jog or ride a bicycle for
your pleasure, although it is just 10 minutes from Downtown St. Augustine and to the best
restaurants, stores and entertainment. Wonderful ocean view!

The condo unit is 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with a full kitchen, nice dining/living area, fully furnished
and all linens provided, sleep up to six, new washer/dryer, cable TV, local phone, Queen bed, 2 twin
beds and sofa bed, coffee maker, microwave, new fridge, dishwasher, toaster, 3 flatscreen TVs, DVD, new carpet,
WiFi/Comcast ,private balcony with full ocean view.
Our condominium complex includes: 2 outdoor pools (1 heated in the winter), 5 Jacuzzi’s, tennis,
racquetball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, grill area, direct beach access and 24-hour security. A large
clubhouse is also available for rent for meetings, reunions, weddings, etc.

During the winter months there are lots of special activities for vacationers: yoga, aerobics, water
