Ideal location for your family, spa or golf getaway on Amelia Island
Plantation. Inviting
accommodations, quality decor and all the amenities you demand. This
1,200 square foot villa is
decorated tastefully in casual resort decor and is walking distance
to the beach (path to the beach
is about 100 yards away). On the fourth/top floor of the building,
it is private and quiet with a
balcony overlooking the pool and golf course through shady oak tree
tops. The balcony has two
comfortable chairs with ottomans and a drink table for your enjoyment.

The two bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses, nice linens and
pleasing decor. The master bedroom
has a brand new King size mattress (4/15/09) and adjoining bath, closet and an enclosed
tub/shower. The second bedroom
features two double beds and a bathroom with a tub/shower. Both
bedrooms have blinds, curtains and
black-out shades to provide maximum sleep enhancement. A lovely
living room/dining room area
features a Taylor King sofa (with pullout double bed), loveseat,
reading chairs and a dining area
for six.

Each bedroom has its own television, plus another television in the
family room. All have cable
channels. AT&T high speed internet is provided, and wi-fi is available in various locations throughout the Plantation. The family room also features a stereo system, DVD player and VHS player.  A variety of board games, cards
and books are also stored in the family room for your enjoyment.  In addition, I am sharing my 3 beach chairs, 1-2 beach umbrellas, 4 beach towels and 2 kites!

The kitchen features GE appliances including a 4-burner electric
cooktop/oven with microwave, a
refrigerator/freezer with icemaker and dishwasher. All are in like-
new condition and the kitchen is
fully stocked with cookware, utensils, small appliances, dishes and
more. Adjacent to the kitchen
is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use.

This location is ideal because there is a pool on-site, the beach is
100 yards away and it is a
short 3-5 minute walk on a paved bath to the hotel/conference center
and spa and shops.

Accommodations offered nightly with a 3-night minimum, weekly or
longer term. Rates are seasonal as
follows: December 1 - February 28: $140/night or $840/week. March 1 -
Labor Day: $200/night or
$1200/week. Labor Day - November 30: $160/night or $950/week. Long term winter rate $2000/mo includes utilities.  Housekeeping at the end of the guest's stay is included in the rate.  Interim housekeeping during the guest's stay can be arranged for a nominal fee.
