breathtaking, unobstructed views from the rear deck of Oh Be Joyful
Valley, Snodgrass Mountain, and across valley to Meridian Lake, and
from the front deck of Mt. Crested Butte. Conveniently located within
a short walk to the ski resort (3 blocks), or take the free shuttle
bus that runs to the ski area and/or into the historic town of Crested
Butte.

The fully furnished house features 3 bedrooms 2½ baths, vaulted
ceilings, laundry facilities, kitchen with all the modern appliances
and cookware, including a microwave and dishwasher; a mudroom for coats,
boots and hiking gear; satellite TV, VCR, and a stereo with CD player
for your entertainment. Off-street parking is available.
Upstairs is the mudroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath
and laundry facilities. Downstairs are three bedrooms and two baths.
One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other two have full-sized
beds. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fully furnished with linens.

This home is available for one month, from July 15 to August 14. The
rent is $2,995 for the month.
