Vacation Rental Description

Come stay in a newly furnished, bright and sunny fully air-conditioned 
apartment on a high floor with fantastic views of downtown Manhattan. 
This spacious one bedroom apartment is in a high-rise apartment 
building in the Lower East Side on Broome Street. Apartment is 
modernly furnished, featuring a large living room with great views of 
downtown Manhattan; sofa has a queen-size Pull-Out Bed, large bedroom 
with lots of closet space.  Nice bathroom, dining area, and extra 
closets in the hallway.    
 
Apartment is in a secure building with intercom system located 2 
blocks from F, J, and M Train station Delancey/Essex Street.  4 blocks 
from D, B, and Q Grand Street Train Station.  Apartment is only one 
block to Clinton Street Restaurant Row and three blocks to Designer 
Row on Orchard Street.  Convenient walking distance to Chinatown, 
Little Italy, Soho, East Village, Financial District, Tribeca.

proximity to all of downtown Manhattan's famous locations (Ground 
Zero, South Street Seaport, Staten Island Ferry, Court Houses, Soho, 
Canal Street Shopping Row, Downtown Broadway, Chinatown, Little Italy, 
Clinton Street Restaurant Row).

Nightly (4 Night Minimum) $250 
Weekly (7 Nights)  $1600 
Security Deposit $300 (Refundable) 
Cleaning Fee $100.00  
 
 
Vacation Rental Rates and Rules 
1.  A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is due in order to process 
the reservation.  Reservation will not be confirmed until deposit is 
received.  Payment can be made by Paypal, Certified Money Order or 
Check, Western Union or Money Gram. Payment service processing fees 
are not included and are the responsibility of the renter. 
 
2.  Final payment is due two weeks prior to arrival by Paypal, 
Certified Money Order or Check, Western Union or Money Gram.  All 
payment service-processing fees are not included, are the 
responsibility of the renter, and will be added to final total due.  
Taxes are included. 
 
3.  Check-In at any time after 2:00 pm of arrival date if you have 
keys prior to arrival.   Keys can be mailed/sent after full payment 
has been received.  All cost associated with sending/mailing of the 
keys are the responsibility of the renter and will be added to total due.  
 
4.  Check-In without keys is from 2:00 pm until 8:00pm.  An early 
Check-In can be arranged in advance depending on occupancy with no 
extra fee.  You let us know what time you will be 
arriving and your cell phone number and someone will wait for you at 
the apartment to 
give you the keys.  
 
5.  Check-Out is 10:00 am.  A later Check-Out can be arranged in 
advance depending on occupancy with no extra fee. 
 
6.  There is a $75.00 charge for lost electronic key. There is a 
$50.00 charge for lost door keys. 
 
7.  There is a cleaning fee of $100.00 for each reservation. 
 
8.  Taxes are included on all money transactions. 
 
 
Cancellation Policy 
 
For a refund of monies, cancellation must be in writing and received 
45 days prior to arrival date.  For cancellations made within 45 days 
to 31 days of arrival result in return of 50% of deposit.  
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 
full deposit amount.  No refunds will be given for early checkouts or 
no-shows. 
 
Apartment Rules and Regulations 
 
THIS A SMOKE FREE APARTMENT, ANY SIGNS OF SMOKING INSIDE WILL RESULT 
IN FORFEIT OF DEPOSIT.   
 
NO PETS ALLOWED. 
 
NO MORE THAN 4 OCCUPANTS. 
 
You agree to indemnify the owner for any damages to the rental 
property, including damages to furnishings, and household items, which 
are a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear.  Owner 
and agent are neither liable for any damages to property nor liable 
for any accident that may occur during your occupancy of the property 
of grounds.  Owner and Agent are not responsible for articles left on 
the property or grounds.  
 
 
**Security deposit: 
 
The security deposit is $300.00 and you will receive your deposit back 
in full within 5 business days, as long as the keys are returned, and 
after a full inspection of the apartment (checking for damage or lost 
items), and all house rules were respected.
