Ocean City, New Jersey is known as America's greatest family resort.
Ocean City is a family oriented resort town located on an island along
the Atlantic Ocean about 20 minutes south of the Atlantic City
casinos. Most of our beaches are lifeguard protected in the summer.
There is a bay front area for water sports, fishing charters, and boat
rentals. There is a 2.5 mile Boardwalk with amusement piers, shops,
and restaurants. There is a music pier entertainment venue built out
over the ocean for concerts and other events. Immaculate North End
Ocean City, NJ 2nd floor Duplex close to the
beach and the Boardwalk.
The house is just down the road from the Lifeguard station on the
quiet North end of the Boardwalk (just up the street from Brown�s
diner). This home was fully updated in 2006, with
very nice furnishings, plenty of TV's (3), free internet and phone
service, and sleeps a large family comfortably.
The living room is very tastefully decorated and includes free basic
Cable Television, free Internet service and free domestic telephone
service. A nicely appointed kitchen has a full size oven,
refrigerator, microwave, blender and toaster oven. There is a very large
cabinet to store all your grocery items. Also on this level is a very
large front porch with a nice large table for playing cards or family
games on lazy summer evenings.
The next split-level has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is
also a built-in laundry area with full size washing machine and
clothes dryer. The Master bedroom on this level has its own private
bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom in the
hallway. There is a nice large back porch shared by two of the
bedrooms on the back side of the house.
A very large and very quiet Master Bedroom on the third floor enjoys
its own front porch with nice summer breezes and it has own private
master bathroom with a small Jacuzzi tub. There is a full couch that
converts into an extra bed in this room as well.
At ground level there is indoor parking for one car plus room for one
car parked in the back driveway. New for 2008 is a brand new enclosed
outdoor shower. A great way to enjoy warm summer days by cooling off
and keeping the sand out of the house!

2013 Rates:

$1,050 a week from April 1st until June 1st

$1,250 a week from June 1 to June 16

$1,450 a week from June 16 to June 22

$2,400 a week from June 22 to June 29

$2,850 a week from June 29 to August 24

$1,700 a week from August 24 to August 31

$1,450 a week from August 31 to September 7

$1,050 a week from September 7 to October 26

Standard rental is from 3pm on a Saturday until 10am on the following
Saturday.  We do not accept weekend or long-weekend rentals.

All rentals are subject to confirmation, execution of a rental
agreement and receipt of a $300 Security Deposit, plus 25% of the
weekly rental if outside of 90 days from arrival (deposit payments are higher
if you are within 90 days of arrival).
