near everything. Great for a family or two couples. Large very secluded back deck with two outdoor
showers, tree swing and hammock. Air conditioned for summer and gas fireplace for cooler nights.
Ocean bay Park has something for everyone. We have restaurants, bars, a general store a bay beach
and a beautiful ocean beach all within walking distance. The house is located on a quiet walk and
is just a short bike ride or walk to Ocean Beach where there are more stores and restaurants. Only
emergency vehicles are allowed on Fire Island in season. It is a charming place to spend a summer.

Fully air conditioned, Direct TV in both bedrooms and livingroom plus internet connection. Gas
fireplace with remote control.

Bedroom breakdown both have queen size beds and one also has a single upper bunk.

Three restaurants, bars,2 Pizza Cafes, a general store and a Post Office in nearby Ocean Beach.
