Granite counter tops, microwave, dishwasher refrigerator, glass top stove with convection over. Dining room seats 6.  Greatroom with fireplace, high ceilings throughout. All in a gated community. Enjoy the community heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, sauna, gym, playground and a 3 tier private beach pavillion overlooking the ocean and sunsets on the intracoastal. This charming beach home has it all with a short walk to all the amenities and private beach.

Fully furnished including linens and all kitchen equipment convection oven, microwave and full size washer and dryer. Cable TV in greatroom, master and middle bedroom, CD player, DVD player, 2 car garage, screened lanai, pool, tennis courts, hot tub, sauna, gym, private beach access, playground, and 3 tier beach pavillion all only a few steps from the front door. Only a few miles from St. Augustine, FL the oldest city in the U.S., Guana State Park, Ponte Vedra, and Jacksonville.
