This beachfront three bedroom/two full bath corner unit is the most
perfect location for a family vacation you'll ever see. From your
balcony you can see everything! First there's the 180 degree view
of the dazzling azure blue of the Gulf of Mexico. Then there's the
sparkling white sand of the beach with pristine sea-oats and
protected turtle nesting areas. And we can't even begin to describe
the beauty and variety of sunsets you'll enjoy. You can even watch
your children play on the beach, swim in the pool or play tennis
right from your balcony.

The hardest part of your day will be deciding if you want to sun on
the beach, lounge around on the generous pool deck, swim in the
heated pool, relax in the Jacuzzi, play tennis on the onsite court
or head out for any of the variety of restaurants, attractions and
adventures that await you a short drive away.

This light, bright and airy condo is decorated in fun tropical
themes and colors. It has three bedrooms and two full baths and
sleeps six very comfortably. The master bedroom is decorated in a
shell theme and has a king bed with its own TV and VCR -- and, of
course, its own bath. The second bedroom is decorated in a
sandpiper theme, is really large and has a queen bed with its own TV
and VCR as well. The third bedroom has a fun fish theme and is the
smallest bedroom with two twin beds -- perfect for kids and adults
alike!

The living area has a TV with a VCR/DVD combo unit and each of the
larger bedrooms have TVs with VCRs. There are also two radios and
CD players. Plus, you'll find a some CDs, VHS tapes and DVDs for
yourself or your children's entertainment.

There are all the comforts of home -- right down to a fully-equipped
kitchen with spices and condiments. There's a full-size washer and
dryer, an iron and ironing board, and color-coordinated linens and
bath towels (each family member can have their own color). Plus,
you'll find beach towels (no need to bring your own) and kitchen
dish cloths and towels.

There are games to play, DVDs to watch, beach and pool toys, boogie
boards, tennis rackets and balls and all kinds of other things to
make your stay fun -- inside or outside. Maybe, reading is your
love. Well, enjoy, there are over 50 paperback books for you to
choose from. Then there are the puzzles, cards, games and coloring
books. Going outside to enjoy the sun? We provide beach chairs,
towels and umbrellas to make your beach and pool experience
perfect.

And don't worry about your car -- there's even a covered reserved
parking space.

There's something for every member of the family with shopping and
attractions just a few minutes south to St. John's Pass or north to
Clearwater Beach. The wonderful beach trolley stops right in front
of the condo for convenient transportation up and down the coast to
more beaches and fun activities. Golfing enthusiasts also have a
variety of close by courses to play and you won't believe the choice
of local restaurants! Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are is
just a short drive away in Tampa and Orlando and Disney World are
just 90 minutes away. Best of all we're less than 30 minutes away
from Tampa International Airport.

So, whether you are enjoying a refreshing beverage by candlelight
(candles are provided) after watching a colorful sunset or gearing
up for a day of fun, fun, fun, you'll have everything you need for
your stay here. Just bring yourself and the sun tan lotion! Well,
maybe a bathing suit, too.

This is a "No Smoking Inside" unit for families and adults, please.
We provide ashtrays and a balcony with a fabulous view if you need
to smoke. Pets are welcome, but must be smaller than 30 lbs. to
comply with the condo association rules. Also, pets must have proof
of ongoing flea determent treatment and there is an additional non-
refundable pet cleaning fee.

We rent to families, couples, and guests who are looking for
comfortable, well-kept beach front vacation accommodations in
beautiful Indian Rocks Beach.

We are a no-smoking home, but smoking is allowed outside on the
decks -- with a view. We do allow small pets less than 30 pounds
with flea medication certification.

There is a five-day minimum rental period in our condo in off season
and a one-week minimum in high season due to the high demand for
beach vacations. Rentals are usually from Saturday to Saturday,
especially during high season.

Discounts may be available for full months in some seasons.

Our condo sleeps six comfortably with three bedrooms featuring a
king bed, a queen bed and two twins.

Rates are based on current rental prices and may be subject to
change at any time.

Rates do not include a non-refundable $100 cleaning, admistration
and supplies fee or 12% Florida sales and occupancy taxes. There is
an additional $50 unrefundable pet cleaning fee.

In addition a $250 refundable security deposit is required that will
be returned or released within one week after check out unless any
undue damage or losses once the keys are returned and the unit is
cleaned and inspected.

We currently take money orders, cashier's checks and personal
checks. In addition we can accept bank transfers, eChecks, PayPal
transfers and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, DiscoverCard
and American Express) for a 3% service processing fee. We are able
to take credit card payments and PayPal transfers from over 55
countries.
