Our condo is located in the city of Aventura right on the flowing Intracoastal Waterway 2 minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean and the best of everything, including world class shopping.

This NON-SMOKING vacation condo is situated off the Turnberry Isle Resort and club with a beautiful Golf course. This is the northern section of Miami Beach. The pictures on our web site were taken from the balcony of the condo located on the 4th floor. you have the view of Yachts, the pool and the Sunny Isles skyline. 

Located just minutes from famous South Beach, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, Lincoln Road, theatres, grocery stores, nightclubs and world famous restaurants.

Accommodations include 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom, 1 full size airbed (very comfortable) in the office, 2 twin size beds in the second bedroom, a pull out couch in the living room. A 47" flat screen TV, full kitchen, small pantry and plenty of storage space.

Pool, recreation room with pool tables, tennis & racquet courts, BBQ, Gym, walking, jogging, biking, boating, fishing, 24 hour gated community security, free parking.

Completely furnished, central air conditioning, cable tv, Fast Internet (computer and wireless connections).Towels, bed linens, and service for 6 are provided with the added convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit.

Bal Harbour Shops are located just ten minutes south on Collins Avenue; Aventura Mall and theatres are just two minutes west on Biscayne Boulevard; Various restaurants and continental bistros offer a variety of fine dining within the surrounding area, including world famous Ocean Drive on South Beach and Lincoln Road.

Rates are subject to change in low/high season.

Rate is negotiable when reservations are for more than two months; no taxes for rentals over 6 months, minimum 7 day rental.

Required with the rental is a $500 (week) or $1000 (month) deposit; which will be refunded immediately or within 7 days after an inspection of the premises has been performed.

** Advance payment is required in U.S. currency in the form of Cashier's check, money order or wire transfer. Half payment of rent plus Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee of $125 is due to reserve the condo. Balance of rent is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

** Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require a 45 day notice; and half payment (minus Security Deposit) will be refunded only if a new rental is obtained to cover the missed rental time frame.
