This NON-SMOKING vacation condo is situated off the Turnberry Isle Resort and club with a beautiful Golf course. This is the northern section of Miami Beach. The pictures on our web site were taken from the balcony of the condo located on the 4th floor. 

Accommodations include 1 King size bed in the master bedroom, 1 full size pillow top mattress bed in 2nd bedroom and , 2 twin size beds in the third bedroom, a pull out couch in the living room. A 47" flat screen TV  in living room, a 42" flat screen in master bedroom, full kitchen, pantry and plenty of storage space including walk in closets and washer and dryer inside.

Pool, recreation room with pool tables, tennis & racquet courts, BBQ, Indoor Gym, walking, jogging, biking, boating, fishing, 24 hour gated community security, parking included.

Completely furnished, central air conditioning, cable tv, Fast Internet ( wireless connections).Towels, bed linens, and service for 6 are provided with the added convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit.

Bal Harbour Shops are located just ten minutes south on Collins Avenue; Aventura Mall and theatres are just two minutes west on Biscayne Boulevard; Various restaurants and continental bistros offer a variety of fine dining within the surrounding area, including world famous Ocean Drive on South Beach and Lincoln Road.

Rates are subject to change in low/high season.

Rate is negotiable when reservations are for more than two months; no taxes for rentals over 6 months, minimum 7 day rental.

Effective March 20th 2012, Required with the rental is a $1000 (week) or $2000 (month) deposit; which will be refunded immediately on departure date after a walk through of the condo, or if departure time is in not between 9am and 8pm, within 7 days after an inspection of the premises has been performed.

** In order to reserve the condo, advance payment is required in U.S. currency in the form of Cashier's check, money order or preferably wire transfer of the total of: 50% of rental amount plus Security Deposit and Departure Cleaning Fee of $150. The remaining 50% of rent balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.

** Cancellation Policy: we keep 15% of the reservation deposit if cancelled within 45 days of rental period; between 15 and 30 days, we keep 50% unless we re-rent it for the same period, and if less than 15 day notice, we keep 100% of the deposit unless we rent it for the same period, in which case we keep 25%.
