Quaint Old Florida Home, built in 1954 and updated in 2005, is approx
1500 sq ft under air, sleeps
six, with all the modern upgrades. This fully furnished three bedroom
(one queen bed in master, two
twins in pool bedroom, and one queen in garden room), two bathroom
home includes an office with wi-
fi and a private, tropical backyard with an in ground pool. Whether
you want to come to Florida to
golf, fish, or just relax with a good book, we have the place that
you can call home. Come sit back
and chill by the pool while having a BBQ on the pool deck or take a
short day trip to Disney World
or Cape Canaveral.(an approx 2 hour drive) With only a ten minute
drive to the beach, five minute
drive to downtown Jensen Beach, ten minute drive to downtown Stuart,
or a 45 minute drive to West
Palm Beach this home is in a perfect location to take care of all of
your needs. Our downtown
Jensen Beach has so much to offer and is such a short drive away. On
Thursday nights take in the
sights and sounds of Jammin' in Jensen and stay for dinner at the
award winning 11 Maple Street or
the New Orleans themed, Crawdaddy's. If it is waterfront
restaurant/bars you are after, we have two
within 5 minutes of the house. Also, within walking distance are two
beautiful county parks with
tennis, racket ball, interactive fountains, walking trails, beach
volleyball, baseball field,
fishing pier, children�s museum, BBQ grills, pavilions, and
skateboarding facilities. If your
desire is to get a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life
come enjoy yourself at our laid
back home and slower paced town. Before you leave try to count how
many pineapples we have growing

$1000 per week(November- May)  $900 per week(June-October)
$185 per night (3 night min)

All rentals require a refundable $500.00 security deposit to be
returned within 7 days and a $100.00
cleaning fee.
10.5% State and Local Taxes
