Walk out of the building directly to the beach through the building's
private beach access. An outdoor shower is available to rinse the
sand off and is located on the boardwalk to the beach.

Ocean City is a family orientated resort located on the beautiful
Atlantic Ocean in Maryland with 10 miles of sandy beaches. It has
one of the best Boardwalks in the Country with many shops,
amusements and attractions along it's 3 miles.

There are also more than 17 golf courses located in the area.

If fishing is your sport there are numerous fishing charters for deep sea
fishing or areas to fish along the coast or bay.

If shopping is what you are looking for there are outlet malls in
West Ocean City and also a short drive away in Rehoboth Beach.

Be adventurous and try para-sailing over the ocean or bay or rent a
jet ski and check out the area.  There are also several fast boat rides up and down the coastal beach and you may even see dolphins playing in the water.
Getting around is easy with the city buses, you can ride all day for
$2.00 or rent a moped and explore.
A short drive away is Assateague Island (which you can see across the
inlet in South Ocean City) this is the home of the wild ponies and
the National Park.
There are many restaurants with choices from fine dining to family
fun and also a lively nightlife with dancing and live bands at
various places around town.
