Superdome, New Orleans Arena, Mississippi River, Mardi Gras Parades,
Harrah's Casino, City Park, The Faubourg Marigny Music Scene and The Crescent City Classic Race.
Located five minutes from The Fairgrounds (site of New Orleans Jazz
Fest); and five minutes from Lake Pontchartrain, The University of
New Orleans, Ironman Triathelon, and the UNO Arena.
The Elysian Fields bus is three blocks away, and terminates in the French Quarter near Canal St. The Broad St. Bus nearby travels down Gentilly Blvd. past The Fairgrounds, site of the Jazz Fest.

$1600 per week in shoulder season, or $300 per day, 3 day minimum.
$1800 per week in high season, or $350 per day, 4 day minimum.
The cleaning fee is $100; A $250 refundable damage deposit is due
upon booking.
