Single home in New Orleans. Wireless and wired
broadband internet included. 2400 sq. ft. Fabulous kitchen, 4
spacious bdrms, 2 full baths, living room, dining room, study,
private porch, central air and heat. There are queen beds in three
bedrooms; one double plus two twin beds in the fourth bedroom. Free on and off street parking.
We are fifteen minutes: from Loyola University, Tulane University, and Audubon Park golf and zoo.
Just ten minutes from: the French Quarter, Convention Center,
Superdome, New Orleans Arena, Mississippi River, Mardi Gras Parades,
Harrah's Casino, The Faubourg Marigny Music Scene and The Crescent City Classic Race.
Located five minutes from: The Fairgrounds (site of New Orleans Jazz
Fest); Lake Pontchartrain; City Park: The site of Voodoo Fest, New Orleans Museum of Art, golf, Story Land, tennis, and pedal boats; UNO Arena,; The University of New Orleans; Dillard University, and the Ironman Triathelon.

$1800 per week in shoulder season, or $300 per day, 3 day minimum. A seven day stay is required for Essence Festival.
$2000 per week in high season. A seven day rental is required. The cleaning fee is $100; A $250 refundable damage deposit is due upon booking.
Shoulder season includes: Week before Mardi Gras Week (Feb 9-16, 2012); Tennessee Williams Festival (March 21-25, 2012); French Quarter
Festival (April 12-15, 2012; Essence Festival (July5-9, 2012--This stay requires a one week booking at $1800 per week) and Vodoo Festival Oct. 29-31, 2011;
High Season includes: Sugar Bowl Festival (dates of December 28-
January 3); Mardi Gras Week (February 16-22, 2012 ); Jazz Festival (April 27-29, 2012 May 3-6, 2012.)
