Single home in New Orleans. Wireless and wired
broadband internet included. 2400 sq. ft. Fabulous kitchen, 4
spacious bdrms, 2 full baths, living room, dining room, study,
private porch, central air and heat. There are queen beds in three
bedrooms; one double plus two twin beds in the fourth bedroom. Free on and off street parking.
We are fifteen minutes: from Loyola University, Tulane University, and Audubon Park golf and zoo.
Just ten minutes from: the French Quarter, Convention Center,
Superdome, New Orleans Arena, Mississippi River, Mardi Gras Parades,
Harrah's Casino, The Faubourg Marigny Music Scene and The Crescent City Classic Race.
Located five minutes from: The Fairgrounds (site of New Orleans Jazz
Fest); Lake Pontchartrain; City Park: The site of Voodoo Fest, New Orleans Museum of Art, golf, Story Land, tennis, and pedal boats; UNO Arena,; The University of New Orleans; Dillard University, and the Ironman Triathelon.

$1800 per week in off season or $250 per day, 3 day minimum. $2100 per week in shoulder season, $2100 or $300 per day, 3 day minimum.
$2400 per week in high season. A seven day rental is required. The cleaning fee is $150;
High Season includes: The home books by the week only for New Year's Eve/ Sugarbowl; Mardi Gras; each of 2 weeks of Jazz Fest; Essence Fest; and Voodoo Fest .
New Year's Eve/ Sugar Bowl Festival (dates of December 27-January 2, 2014)
Mardi Gras Wee(February 26- March 5, 2014)); Jazz Festival (April 21-28, 2014 and April 28- May 5, 2014.)
