Our beautiful villa (right next to the new shopping mall - Posner Park at I-4/US27 conjunction) is located in a quiet community, 8 mils (~12 min easy drive) toDisney, 15mins from Sea World and 25 mins from Orlando airport. Our
villa has a beautiful private screened pool and spa with a very
spacious deck area for BBQ. It has 4 bedrooms - comfortable
King/Queen-size beds, 2 Twin-bed rooms plus a queen-size sofa bed
to accommodate 10 people. For your little ones, crib/high
chair/stroller and toys are free of use. Three cabled TVs (1 plasma TV), DVD, VCR
with tapes, movies and PS2 to entertain you while your stay.
Unlimited
high speed WiFi Internet access free of charge. Full kitchen with
all
major appliances ready for cooking delicious meals. Game room with
a pool table and a Foosball for all to enjoy. Plus, specially
widened
doors, shower and pool deck give the extra comfort to all of the
guests
and ensure that a wheel-chaired person's visit is pleasurable.

We use a highly recommended Management Company with friendly, 24-
hour support for our guests.

Queen size sleeper sofa in addition to a love seat, side tables,
coffee table, Deco lights and floor lamps, a sliding door to the
pool area, along with a large screen multi-channel cable television
and VCR, DVD and ceiling fan. A PlayStation 2 is available to use
free of charge.Unlimited Wi-Fi high speed internet.

has a huge walk-in shower to allow a wheelchair go in, plus there
are the safety bar and seat for a wheelchaired person,

Furnished with a full size bed with night stand, bedside lamp and a
drawer, a closet and shared full bathroom.

These are two twin beds and night stand, a closet and shared a full

Our villa is an ideal location for all of the top attractions.

It is approximately 13 minutes away from Disney World and
approximately 25 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport.
The Florida shopping mall is just 25 minutes drive and there are
other numerous shopping outlets, all within easy reach. You will be
spoiled for choice! This home is located less than 5 minutes away
from the Champions Gate Golf Complex with two international standard
courses designed by Greg Norman. Within minutes driving there is a
large Publix supermarket and other shopping outlets.

Excellent Property to Rent

We had a great time in this property, including my kids, we all want to go back again.
This property is excellent. It has every thing you need on a vacation. You can rest very confortable and is so cozy.
I recomend this property to everyone.

Affordable house with pool, but needs updating.

This home is within 30 minutes of all the Orlando attractions. It is located in a small, seemingly nice, mostly residential area. You can park in the driveway, but not the garage as the garage is the "gameroom". The gameroom was missing darts for the dartboard and my son was a bit disappointed because he was looking forward to playing. The pool table was unstable and most of the pool sticks were broken, which made it a bit hard to play. The beds were decent, although I believe the stated queen bed in the master is a full size bed at most. There is only 1 tub. The master bath is a large shower only, I think designed for the handicap. All the appliances, countertops, sinks and blinds were very outdated. The blinds were missing some slats, the bathroom sinks had stains (hard water?) and don't even get me started on the carpets! They were very, very stained and outdated. You are started with only some dishwasher tablets, a small bottle of detergent for laundry, the trash bag in the can and whatever toiet paper is on the rolls. You have to supply the rest yourself. The management company must have put the garbage in the trash bins outside and left it in the driveway becasue it had not been garbage pickup day. We were not aware there was trash in the bins because we had little trash 2 days after arriving, there was no notice and no reason to check the bins. We had some overnight visiting animals who raided the trash and made a mess of the previous visitors trash. We were stuck picking up someone else's garbage of beer cans and chicken wings with our hands one morning on our way out and we were not happy. If they had just left a notice that there was trash in the bins to be put out for pickup, we may have avoided the whole mess! You were expected to clean and dry towels and dishes before you left, which I thought was a bit strange/don't they pay someone else to do that? Anyhow, the negative things I am mentioning are more of an agitation than anything else, and we did not really spend enough time in the home to complain to management or anything. They are just things worth mentioning so that maybe mangement will make some changes for future guests and so that you can make an informed decision. We paid extra for the pool to be heated becasue we visited in the winter. It was totally worth it. It was the best thing about the home. You had to turn the spa on and off yourself/no big deal. Washer/dryer a plus so we could pack light.

Owners response: I and my management company really appreciate our guest's comments and this will help us to better manage the property and provide better services. I, along with my management company, are always response our guest's request in a prompt and proper way. My management company has been in this hotel/villa type business for nearly a decade and has been doing a very good job. I have received many wonderful feedback regarding the good services I and my management company had provided. Of course, we also received a few constructive feedback like this which was tremendous help for us to further improve our service. We trully appreciate and always welcome such feedback/comments. I'd like to respond to the comments with some clarification regarding my vacation villa. (1). The queen-size bed my guest mentioned was a true queen-size with a solid support (no wheels) to make it stable for sleeping for even handicapped guests; (2). Most floor in the villa is covered by tiles; and bedroom carpets were replaced with new ones last spring, although there maybe some new stains like many hotels; (3). Cleaning is always done right after guests check out and is inspected by the manager prior to new guests check in. Towels/linens are provided or added if short supply is found; Cloth/towel/linens washing can be done with provided washer/dryer; The villa is designed for self-service like home during stay including detergent/paper towels, etc self-supplies; (4). Trash is picked up in the residential area twice a week on Mon and Thu; so sometime trash left out in the weekend before Mon can be messed up by wild animals if trash-cans not covered properly (it is Florida - happy land for people and animals :-). Our management company has been responded very quickly in the past for cleanup with a simple phone call since they are paid to service. To totally fix this problem, from late Dec 08, I have started to pay my management company to pick up leftover trash. (5). For gameroom facilities, my experience was positive: My management company always responses promptly to fix any problem including pool sticks once they receives calls from my guests (I pay the bill). All in all, since the time with family and friends in vacation is very precious, we always try our best to make our guest's stay comfortable and enjoyable. If you have any concern or would like to learn more from other guests, I'll more than happy to provide feedback/comments I received. Sincerely thanks! - Michael

Great Vacation!

We had a great stay at this vacation villa. The owner was very helpful with answering our questions about our reservation and sending us check in information. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was very clean and comfortable. It was just under 20 miles from Orlando but it felt like a pretty quick drive along I-4 and it was nice to be in an area that had shopping and dining and easy access to Orlando without the Orlando traffic! The house was easy to find and close to the main highway. Our only regret is that previous vacationers were not very careful with the amenities provided. We weren't able to use the computer because of a virus and the pool table equipment had seen better days. But overall, we thought it was a great house and the rate was very reasonable. We look forward to renting it again on our next trip to Florida!
