lake (6225.5 elev.). Golf courses and tennis courts are available,
along with hiking and horseback riding on spectacular mountain trails.
There are icy Sierra streams and lakes for those who enjoy fresh
water fishing. In winter, Tahoe becomes a snow covered paradise
offering some of the world's finest ski slopes plus ice skating,
snowmobiling and cross country ski touring. Games of chance are
available in plush casinos with year round entertainment by the greats
of show business.

Treat yourself to a fun filled vacation in this tastefully appointed
executive mountain home (6700ft elev.) with spectacular views of Lake
Tahoe and surrounding mountains. Unlike most condominiums and
vacation homes, the discriminating vacationer is offered tree
surrounded seclusion with four season recreational living right
outside your door. Heavenly Valley, America's largest ski resort is
only 3 tenths of a mile or 2 blocks from the house. Excellent
restaurants are located within a short walking or driving distance.
The lake and casinos are only 1 - 1.25 miles or minutes away. This
large 2,350 sq ft Chalet with three bedrooms, two baths and large loft
easily sleeps 8-10.

Many relaxing nights can be enjoyed sipping wine in the conversation
pit recalling events of the day while sitting around a cozy
wood-burning circular fireplace taking in the fabulous sunsets.

Other enjoyable amenities include a wet bar/frig, (3) cable TVs, VCR,
DVD/CD player, cassette player, AM/FM stereo and foosball table. In
addition, the property underwent a complete $85,000.00 interior and
exterior remodel/upgrade in 2004-2007 to make the accommodations more
comfortable for our guests where every room was renovated, including
new kit./bath cabinets and granite counter tops.

Enjoy home cooked meals in your fully equipped gas kitchen with
dishes, gourmet cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave oven and deck
mounted gas barbecue. For your convenience a laundry room with washer
and dryer is available. All bedding, towels, linens and firewood are
included. Maid service is provided upon departure. Sorry, no pets or
smoking. High speed wireless internet service is available upon
request.

South Lake Tahoe is served by airlines thru Reno Airport with easy
access to car rentals or bus service upon arrival. Local bus service
to casinos and shopping areas from Heavenly Valley Ski Resort is only
a short walk away.
