ft. New large back deck looks out to green belt. Flat, easy access
driveway and 2-car garage. Cute mountain decor with pine beams and
trim. All the comforts of home and only 5 minutes from Donner Lake
and 25 minutes from the north shore of Lake Tahoe. A great family
getaway!

one twin bed, third bedroom with one queen and two bunk beds.
Spacious living room with wood-burning stove. Dining area and fully
equipped kitchen. Two complete bathrooms with bath/shower. Front
air-lock for winter. Washer and dryer, gas BBQ on deck, linens
provided, cable TV, VCR, many movies, ping pong table and board
games.
Tahoe Donner recreational facilites include tennis courts, pools,
lap pool, weight room, children's play yard, sauna and spa.

Winter: skiing, snow boarding, cross-country skiing, ice skating
are just 10 - 20 minutes away at major resorts including Squaw
Valley, Northstar, Sugar Bowl, Royal Gorge, Boreal Ridge, and Tahoe

Snow shoeing and snow play also available.
Gambling and casino entertainment available in Reno (40 minutes) and
Northshore (25 - 30 minutes).
Spring/Summer/Fall: Swimming, boating, jet skiing at Donner Lake.
Biking, rock-climbing, horseback riding, tennis, hiking and fishing
hearby. Play golf at several great courses - Coyote Moon, Tahoe
Donner, Squaw Creek, Northstar and Ponderosa (9 holes). Trout Creek
and Northwoods rec center pools and facilities generally open 10am
to
7 pm, with sauna, weight room and spa open at Trout Creek until 10pm.
Historic Truckee, Donner Party Museum and Camp are 5 minutes away.
Great shopping and restaurants in Truckee and North Lake Tahoe.

Summer rate is $175 per night with 2 night minimum. $1,050 per week.
Winter rate is $185 per night with 2 night minimum. $1,110 per week.
Holidays and holiday periods: $210 per night.
$300 refundable security deposit. $95 non-refundable cleaning fee.
